The agreement/contract below is binding. By placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy you are entering into this contract with or without signature.

The breeder agrees to -

Provide care and socialization skills to the puppy before the puppy goes to his/her forever home to the best of their ability.

Is willing to answer questions about the puppy before and even after the puppy goes to their new home. Including training tips if needed, or if any other issues arise.

Will make sure that all puppies receive their first series of puppy vaccines, and will provide the adopter proof of these vaccines.

Provide the adopter with a few days worth of a sample of the food that their puppy is currently eating.

Offers a one year health guarantee against all life threatening congenital defects. So long as the adopter provides veterinary proof of such a defect. Minor issues are the adopters responsibility such as air born illness and parasites' that a puppy can pick up from other humans, animals or infected outdoor areas the adopter may visit after the puppy leaves. Puppies are vaccinated but their immune systems are not considered fully developed until they are roughly 4 months old. Coccidia, giardia, kennel cough and more can be easily picked up in parks, dog/puppy day care and even in grass depending on where another dog/puppy that is infected can leave their "potty mess" behind. This is why those things like viruses are not covered under a guarantee. Should there be a serious congenital defect and the proper documents have been given to the breeder showing this as a fact. The breeder will refund the cost of the puppy minus $150 which is considered the deposit cost. Or the breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value as long as the adopter and breeder both agree to the replacement.

Will accept the puppy back into our home at any age, without refund should the adopter no longer be able to care for the puppy.

The adopter agrees to -

Complete any and all payments on their puppy by the time the puppy is of age to go home.

Contact the breeder with an update on how the puppy is doing as far as eating and drinking within the first 24 hours after going home.

Purchase Puppy Nutri-cal or similar prior to taking the puppy home. Provide recipet or bring product to show breeder. Puppies can be over stimulated their first few days home. Try not to overwhelm your puppy, but should that happen and blood sugar drops it is best to have Nutri-cal on hand for the health and well being of your puppy. Cottage cheese is optional, but it is a great tool to entice your puppy to eat on their first day home. (Just a tip)

Agrees to have the puppy vet checked within the first 72 hours after bringing their puppy home. Provide breeder with a copy of vet report visit. Failure to do so will void the agreement/contract. Meaning the puppy will be under no guarantees what so ever.

Agrees to provide their puppy with their second set of vaccines at the age of 12 weeks old. Provide breeder with a copy of vet given vaccine report, or bill showing the vaccines were done. Failure to do so will void the agreement/contract. Meaning the puppy will be under no guarantees what so ever. Many of the second shots are boosters for the first. We have done our part, you must do yours for the health of your puppy.

The adopter understands that puppies are a very big commitment. Should the adopter change their mind and want to return their puppy, they may do so, but will not be refunded the purchase sale price for that puppy. Puppies chew, have potty accidents and require a lot of daily care, understanding and training.

Adopter agrees to let breeder know if the puppy's ownership is transferred over to someone else. Should you re-home your puppy you understand that this will void our responsibility in this contractual agreement.
